If it's just the rubbing, you can put on bandaids or moleskins to reduce that until the shoes are properly broken in.
Put some plasters on your heals until your feel get used to them and the back softens a bit, then it should be fine.
put a band aid where it rubs, or try a diff size shoe or maybe they just ain right for your feet
Like if the heels are giving you blisters than you could put a band-aid on the back of you heel, and that will stop from the shoe rubbing against your heel.
just put some bandage around your feet where the part hurts the most .
Heat the "heel part" (strap, I assume) with a hair dryer. Before it cools off, place shoe on your foot.
May have to do it more than once.
